Fractly is a fractional real estate investment platform that allows you to invest in Dubai properties starting from just $1,000. You purchase tokens representing ownership in rental properties and earn monthly income from rentals.

Simply create an account, complete your identity verification (KYC), browse available properties, and make your first investment using cryptocurrency.

The minimum investment varies by property but typically starts at $1,000. Each property listing shows its specific minimum investment amount.

Returns come from rental income generated by the properties. Income is distributed monthly to investors proportionally based on their ownership stake. Expected yields typically range from 8-15% annually, though this is not guaranteed.

We accept cryptocurrency payments including USDT (TRC20), Ethereum (ETH), and Bitcoin (BTC). We plan to add bank transfers and credit card payments in the future.

Currently, there is no secondary market for trading tokens. We are working on implementing a secondary marketplace where investors can trade their holdings.

Identity verification (KYC) is required to comply with anti-money laundering regulations and to protect all investors on the platform. It typically takes 24-48 hours to complete.

We use industry-standard security practices including encryption, secure escrow for funds, and transparent reporting. However, all investments carry risk and returns are not guaranteed.
